01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") apply to all users of the six6s 365 website, mobile web application, and any related services operated under the six6s 365 brand (collectively, "the Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by six6s 365 and is intended exclusively for adult entertainment purposes.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature offered by six6s 365, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and six6s 365.

six6s 365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. These Terms are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. If any clause is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that clause shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the six6s 365 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met continuously for as long as you hold an account:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. six6s 365 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Legal Capacity: You must be of sound mind and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed by you or enforced by six6s 365.
• Sole Account Holder: You must be registering and operating the account solely on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of six6s 365 or any of its affiliated studios, game providers, or payment partners.

03 Account Rules

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of services offered by six6s 365, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. six6s 365 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) six6s 365 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through proxies, family members, or third-party arrangements, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate closure, and any balances or winnings held within them will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person. six6s 365 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact six6s 365 support immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

six6s 365 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a threshold deposit amount is reached, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents typically include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.5 Account Currency

All six6s 365 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All balances, transactions, bet amounts, winnings, and bonus values are displayed and processed in BDT. No currency conversion applies. The minimum account balance required to place a bet is ৳50 unless otherwise stated in a specific game or market's terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

six6s 365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via payment methods approved for Bangladeshi players. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank. The list of available methods may change and the most current list is always displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages of your account.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players who have completed enhanced KYC verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits. Specific limits for each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to your six6s 365 account balance within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank card and direct bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your account balance during peak periods. six6s 365 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the six6s 365 payments team. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are typically completed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days. six6s 365 will only process withdrawals to a payment method that belongs to the verified account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Refused Transactions

six6s 365 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable payment network rules. In such cases, we will contact you via the email address registered to your account within 48 hours.

05 Bonus Policy

six6s 365 may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. Wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount in BDT unless otherwise specified.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards meeting a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games such as blackjack contribute a reduced percentage (often 10%-20%), and live casino games may contribute between 5% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain un-wagered after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without notice. Expiry periods are stated per promotion and range from 7 to 30 days.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time unless six6s 365 explicitly states that two promotions may be combined.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using artificial betting patterns, or wagering on excluded games — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account closure.
• Modification & Withdrawal of Bonuses: six6s 365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already accrued by a player who has already activated the bonus.

06 User Obligations

By using the six6s 365 Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to observe the following obligations at all times:

• You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You will not attempt to access the Platform using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other non-human method without prior written consent from six6s 365.
• You will not attempt to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the Platform, its games, or its payment systems.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or other fraudulent behaviour in connection with any game or betting market offered on six6s 365.
• You will not use the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• You will not transfer, sell, or otherwise make your account accessible to any other person.
• You will promptly comply with any verification request issued by six6s 365, including the submission of identification documents within the timeframe specified.
• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will inform six6s 365 support immediately if you believe an error has occurred in the crediting of winnings, bonus funds, or any other account transaction.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by six6s 365

six6s 365 may suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal initiated by you or your payment provider.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion that your account is being operated by someone other than the registered account holder.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your six6s 365 account at any time by contacting customer support via email at [email protected]. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to successful identity verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. six6s 365 will notify you by email before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. The dormancy fee, where applied, will not reduce the real-money balance below zero. Details of dormancy fees are available from customer support upon request.

08 Responsible Gaming

six6s 365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases may be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and maximum session duration limits to help you manage the time you spend on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications that display your session duration and net win/loss position to help you make informed decisions while playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion from your account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be fully locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or receive marketing communications.
• Take a Break: Request a short cooling-off period (24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days) without the formality of a full self-exclusion.
